User Agreement

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services purchased from Try Hard Areena. They govern online transactions and comply with applicable payment processor rules. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Payments

All payments are securely processed through PayPal (a U.S.-based company).
We do not store sensitive card data such as CVV/CVC codes.
Transactions are encrypted and compliant with PCI DSS standards.

3. Service Delivery

Our services are delivered digitally and/or remotely, often beginning immediately after payment confirmation. This constitutes service fulfillment under payment rules.

4. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact our support team at Support@TryHardAreena.com so we may resolve your concern promptly.

5. Proof of Agreement

Your acceptance of these Terms may be recorded with your IP address, device information, and date/time stamp, which may be used as evidence in any dispute.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with GDPR (EU), CCPA (US), and other applicable privacy laws. See our Data Protection Policy for details.

7. Refund Policy

Full refund if no technical issue is resolved within 30 days.

Non-refundable if at least one issue is resolved in that time.

No refunds after 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the disputed order.
